THE BIONUTRIENT INSTITUTE

Our Mission & Vision

Over the past several decades, concentrations of vitamins, minerals, and micronutrients have steadily decreased in fresh fruits and vegetables. During a comparable period, degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s, diabetes, and heart disease have risen to epidemic levels. Simultaneously, agricultural practices have polluted aquifers and ecosystems and led to degradation of millions of acres of land.

We understand that correlation does not prove causation, and that grasping complex relationships requires collecting mountains of data over a long period of time. However, it is undeniable that human, crop, soil, and environmental health are deeply interrelated. We are here to use science as a vehicle to support all living systems for the advancement and health of Humanity and the planet.

OUR MISSION

The Bionutrient Institute is the home for the science to define nutrient density and what causes it. We recognize that soil, plant, animal, human and environmental health are intimately connected.

OUR VISION

We want to deepen our understanding of those connections and support the potential of Life. Our intention is to collaborate with allies who also see the opportunities to make the focus of agriculture be quality and nutrition in order to support the systems that provide sustenance, sustainability and human evolution.

“The pioneering work of the Bionutrient Institute offers us deep insight and real solutions that foster
a foundation of health of future generations. ”
